Safety Rules and Regulations:

 

A RESPONSIBLE ADULT MUST SUPERVISE INFLATABLE AT ALL TIMES!

 

  • Do not allow children to enter inflatable without 100% constant adult supervision.

 

  • Children must weigh below 100 lbs. (Strictly no adults! If any adults are caught on equipment, responsible customer will be charged additional fees)

 

  • All children must remove shoes, jewelry, eyeglasses, combs, hair clips or any other sharp or hard objects that may cause injury to children or the inflatable prior to entering. (Dry rentals, best if kids wear socks for sanitary reasons

 

  • No Silly strings or confetti.

 

  • No hanging water hose, safety nets or basketball rims. 

 

  • Absolutely NO food, drinks, gum, or candy inside inflatable.

 

  • No flips, wrestling, running, pushing, climbing nets or walls, or any other aggressive behavior that could injure another child.

 

  • No jumping off top of slides.

 

 

FAILURE TO USE GOOD JUDGEMENT AND TO FOLLOW THESE SAFETY RULES CAN RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY. ANY DAMAGES CAUSED BY RENTERS NEGLIENCE TO ANY OF THE RULES CAN RESULT IN A COST UP TO THE VALUE OF THE EQUIPMENT. (Damage repairs range from $80-$250)

 

 

 

Lease and Waiver Agreement

Everyone leasing any equipment from Eli’s Jumper will be required to sign a lease and waiver agreement. As part of the lease agreement, you will be given a list of safety rules and regulations for the use of the equipment. A representative of Eli's Jumpers will review these rules with you prior to use. You will also be required to inspect all rental equipment prior to use and sign an inspection sheet. All of our rentals are thoroughly cleaned after each use. To avoid an additional cleaning charge, please insure all equipment remains relatively clean.

 

Maximum of 7 hours rental for water slides. All other equipment is 8 hours rental. Rental extensions are for 1-hour increments after the sixth hour. You can contact us for special pricing on extensions.

 

 

Refunds Policy

A down payment of $75 is required to reserve your rental and the remaining balance is to be paid upon delivery. All deposits are non-refundable. In the event of inclement weather, you may reschedule the rental or be given a credit with Eli’s Jumpers for up to one year following the original reservation date. You may also transfer your credit to a friend or family member. You must call management no later than 9am the day of your event if bad weather to cancel. However, cancelation only pertains to strong winds and not heavy rain.  In the event of any cancellations when delivery arrives, addition $50 fee will be charged and payments are non-refundable.

 

 

Delivery and Setup

All rental equipment will be delivered and setup for you prior to the start time of your event.  If you rent an inflatable, it must be setup on a relatively flat surface within 50 feet of an electrical outlet. In the event electricity is not available, we also rent portable generators. Please make sure that the path used leading to the setup area is clear of all obstacles. We will never set up on gravel, rocks, sand or sand from an old pool removal. The area must be ready before we arrive (grass must be cut and leaves raked, etc.).  Any pets in the yard cannot be around inflatables for safety reasons, and all dog feces muse be cleaned up prior to delivery.

 

Before setup crew leaves, they will ask that you do a full inspection of equipment. Any existing wear, tears and damages will be addressed to you. When setup crew arrives to breakdown equipment they will address any new damages if existent. 

 

There is no delivery charge, however if any last minute cancellations upon arrival of equipment, payments are non-refundable and additional $50 will be charged. Additional charge is because we carry limited quantities of each product and our equipment is sometimes reserved weeks or months in advance for events. By reserving equipment for your party, we place that equipment out of service from anyone else being able to rent.

 

Privacy Policy

Eli's Jumpers and its management will kindly request to post pictures and get client feedback about our services. If you do not approve we will not post.
